Who we are
The Esther’s Company (TEC) is a community built around a simple belief: people thrive when they have support, real connections, and the confidence to be themselves. We started in 2009 and became a Scottish registered charity in 2010. Since then, we’ve grown into a network that helps individuals develop personally, professionally, and spiritually. Our work spans practical support, community building, and faith-centred encouragement. Whether someone needs help preparing for work, navigating a difficult season, or finding a circle that understands them, TEC provides a place to grow and to be supported.
